This hinge is very similar to our TSH-01,but with wider spring and bottom.
It is mostly used on aluminum frames,but it could also be used on wrapped wood glasses if your frame has one bened front.

degree: 92 stop degree(+4 degree/-0 degree tolerance), preventing temples from touching your lens.
Screws: 3.0mm,4.0mm,5.3mm,6.0mm shaft length available;

How to install:
Firstly,please make recess on your frames,secondly push the hinge into recess,both temples and fronts, use the screws to lock them.If for wooden frames,you may need glue together.
If you are afraid the screws are not secure enough for fastenning,please consider to add these spaceres for matching use,
